DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE?

While we are focused on educating students at Saddleback Community College, we frequently invite other space enthusiasts to join us for our observation nights. With that being said, invite your friends and family to our open events! If you're unsure, please contact the President at astroclubsc@gmail.com

HOW OFTEN DOES SADDLEBACK COMMUNITY COLLEGE ASTRONOMY & PHYSICS CLUB MEET?

We aim to meet as often as possible, through various avenues. Whether it be on campus events for general club meetings, field trips when able, to branch club activities like the Radio Telescope Project and the Mars Rover Competition. Meetings will generally be help at minimum once a month during the school year, expect one-hour space talks ranging from cool astronomy/physics news to in-depth discussions on a variety of space and physics topics. With hopes to follow up these meetings with observation at our very own observatory utilizing a 10-inch refractor provided the weather is clear! All other events on and off campus will be posted about on our instagram!
